On September 10, the RA National Assembly began the work of the fourth session of the sixth convocation under the sounds of the state anthem.

The parliament approved the agendas of the fourth session and the sittings being convened on September 10.

Afterwards the parliament debated the item of the election of the member of the Board of the RA Central Bank. The RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs presented Martin Galstyan’s candidacy for being elected in that vacant post.

Gagik Minasyan urged his colleagues to vote for Martin Galstyan’s candidacy.

The Chair of the RA NA Ad hoc Accounting Committee Gagik Melikyan has informed that the secret ballot of the election of the CB Board member will be held on September 11 at 11:00 during half an hour.

The parliament also debated the issue of the election of the Audit Chamber member. In this post the RA NA RPA faction nominated Karen Karapetyan’s candidacy.

Karen Karapetyan thanked for being nominated, touched upon his working path, in case of being elected the programmes to be implemented.

Afterwards the deputies debated the bill on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Code on Administrative Infringements authored by the RA NA deputy Mihran Poghosyan.

The parliament debated in the second reading the draft laws on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement Judicial Acts, on Amending the RA Law on State Pensions and on Amending the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

The draft law on Making Addendum and Amendments to the RA Law on Electronic Communication, the draft law on Ratifying the Protocol on Making Amendments and Addenda in the Agreement on International Automobile Communication of September 20, 1997 between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus presented by the RA First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Hakob Arshakyan was debated.

The RA Minister of Agriculture Artur Khachatryan presented for debate the draft law on Ratifying the Main Agreement between the RA Government and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Armen Pambukhchyan presented the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Air Communication between the RA Government and the Republic of Singapore and the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Air Communication between the RA Government and the Republic of Tajikistan.

The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Procedure Code was debated in the first reading.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented in the first reading the legislative package on Amending the RA Civil Code, on Amending the RA Administrative Procedure Code, on Amending the RA Tax Code and Amending the RA Law on Fighting Against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Society and Alienation of Property for State Needs.

The parliament debated in the first reading the bill on Making Addendum to the RA Labor Code.

The Deputy Minister of RA Labor and Social Affairs Arman Udumyan presented for the MPs' debate the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on the Working Migration Regulation between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Bulgaria.

The bill on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Insurance and Insurance Activity and the presented enclosed package of bills were debated in the first reading.

The draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Cooperation in Fight against Criminality between the RA Government and the Government of the Czech Republic was also debated.

The bill on Amending the RA Constitutional Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly was debated in the first reading procedure.

The parliament debated in the first reading the bill on Amending the RA Law on the RA Audit Chamber.

The parliament will continue the work of the regular sitting on September 11.
